A Note from Cheryl,
September is here!
Schedules
are leaving the easy breezy days of summer and gearing up
for the fall rush!
I
always think of this time of year as renewal, but for many,
it is the time of rush!
Welcome to the September 2006 issue of this bi-monthly
newsletter.
Thank
you for inviting me into your mailbox. Please share with
anyone you know who could use a helping hand at
home or
office.
We just might be able to help.
As
you brace yourself through the return to school, your family
days ahead will no doubt get
busier taking the kids around to after
school and weekend activities. Problem is, your professional
days are getting busier also!
Are the words of
haste creeping into your day?
Starting to lose patience? Make sure to schedule in down time. Scratching
out some quiet time is important for everyone as stress
weakens the immune system.
Find a stress buster, to help relieve the tension.
A
simple thing like, getting to bed a little early to read a
bedtime story or a few pages of a good novel, lets everyone
relax, re-energize and reconnect. Encourage your children to
do the same. It is a great way for you and your family to
stay healthy.

Balance
professional and family time.
Why
not try one of these
10
minute ideas to relieve stress;
meditating; sitting to read the newspaper; listening to one
of your favourite tunes.
Or
get back into the routine of the 20-minute lunchtime walk.
Solid research since the mid-1990s proves that shorter, more
frequent bouts of exercise are just as good as one
long-lasting activity. For example, three 10-minute walks
were just as effective as walking for 30 minutes,
continuously.
